Here at Expo Events, we can fully support in this role.  We can take the venue finding off your to-do list completely, save you a lot of time, absorb your stress and allow you to focus on the importance of your day job. We have organised large scale, successful conferences for our corporate clients in several European destinations including Marbella, the Algarve, Stuttgart and Madrid and we understand the importance of achieving the right balance between communicating a message and incentivising your sales force. The key areas in which we can help you to make your conference a success with minimal stress are:

  • We check availability and negotiate rates with suitable resorts, ensuring the space offered fits your brief in every way.
  • We provide a shortlist of potential venues for your consideration in a presentation format – we can do this with your direction on location or simply make our own suggestions based on your brief.
  • We ensure that all projected costs are included within the initial quote.
  • We provide a cost summary and comparison between all shortlisted venues.
  •  We arrange site visits where necessary (accompanied site visits outside the UK would be chargeable)
  • We liase with your chosen venue until the point of contract, ensuring that everything that has been previously agreed is included within.
  • We can liase post-contract with the venue to communicate all event detail with regular updates and checks on the venue event order.
  •  We can keep track of your budget and forecast potential extras.
  •  We can work with you or for you to ensure that your event is as successful and memorable as it can be.

Our clients often prefer to deal with their own delegate invitations and communication whilst we lead on all venue liaison and logistics behind the scenes. We are happy to support in the foreground or the background, depending on your preferences. Our venue finding service is completely free. We charge a small per head fee for event management from the point of contract and a further fee if our onsite services are required through your event.
